The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a fan in every room, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a shared gym and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment (open year-round). The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, a children's pool, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. A heated indoor pool is also available upon request. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is currently not available. The pool is open from June - September.
